Abbiamo un’idea chiara di cosa sia realmente l’AI? In che modo le organizzazioni devono adattarsi per implementarla? I computer quantistici rappresenteranno davvero un salto di qualità nel campo dell’intelligenza artificiale? Su cosa dovrebbero concentrarsi il capitale privato e gli investimenti pubblici per raggiungere risultati concreti e creare valore aggiunto? E quali capacità di leadership sono necessarie per orientarsi in questo terreno inesplorato?
A queste e ad altre domande vogliamo rispondere in questo nuovo evento IPN organizzato in collaborazione con la Luiss Business School. L’evento si terrà presso la sede della Luiss Business School – Amsterdam Hub e sarà seguito da un momento di networking con aperitivo e stuzzichini.

I profili degli speaker:



Giovanni Avila
– Head of innovation and team excellence at HMS. He leads AI-driven transformation across R&D at HMS Networks, directing the IDS AI Board, an initiative moving AI adoption from isolated experimentation into measured, embedded practice across developer productivity, process excellence, and product innovation. His focus is now on closing the gap between AI capability being available and it actually being used.

 


Riccardo Molteni – PhD candidate in Quantum Machine Learning at Leiden University. His research explores how quantum computers can enhance machine learning and when they may offer advantages over classical approaches.

 


 


Giovanni Pazienza, PhD
– Investor and strategy advisor to startups across Europe, with 25 years of experience spanning academia, entrepreneurship, and private business. He holds a PhD in Neural Networks and has worked across five countries outside Italy. He is a founding partner of Excellis Ventures, an investment fund focused on deep-tech companies created by Italians abroad.

 


Hylke Sprangers – Professor of Practice in Technology and Innovation at Luiss Business School. He is an international expert in digital and technology with a strong background in strategy, innovation, and governance. Previously, he was Group CTO and Board Member at Talpa Network, a global media and entertainment company, well known for its talent competition The Voice. Before joining Talpa, he held several senior executive roles in the technology industry.
